GETTING TO KNOW
YOUR
DEHUMIDIFIER
How it Works:
The energy efficient dehumidification system automatically shuts on or off to keep humidity levels to the desired set point – even if a power outage occurs, the unit will restart at the previous settings. The Tankless Dehumidifier condenses and drains moisture in the air. Designed to blend into any environment, the unit automatically drains collected moisture, so you do not have the burden of maintaining dehumidifier daily. The tamper-proof IW25-4 dehumidifier humidistat controls are hidden behind the “lock-out” front cover for a truly hands-free system.
Why Dehumidify?
Moisture is continuously added to the air in our homes every time we cook, clean, bathe or even breathe. When there is excess moisture in the air, that means the indoor humidity is high. High indoor humidity causes discomfort in our own homes, can damage our personal belongings, and causes adverse health effects.
Tenant Testimonials
Using efficient dehumidification methods will help control moisture indoors, improve indoor air quality & comfort, and help prevent mold for tenants.
“My dehumidifier was installed Feb 3. Today is Feb. 14 and I feels so much better, and I cough far less than I once was. Prior to installing the dehumidifier, I was coughing constantly. I can tell there has been a huge improvement. I smile every time I hear the machine come on (it isn’t loud at all). While the countertops and appliances look nice, I’m most thankful for the little machine that is helping us breathe better. “

“I was hesitant to have the unit installed because I already had 3 portable dehumidifiers working, why fix something that works? Fortunately, the install took under a half hour, runs much quieter than portables, takes up no floor space- it actually fits in the wall, and I no longer have to mess with emptying the reservoir tanks, every day. I am very pleased with the look of this dehumidifier and that it runs quietly. “

Did You Know?
Energy Efficient Dehumidification
Can Help Save you Money on Energy Bills
Dehumidified air feels cooler, so you can set your thermostat at a higher temperature and still feel comfortable. In fact, for every two degrees you raise the temperature during the summer, can save between 5% and 7% on cooling bills.
On the other hand, maintaining low humidity in the winter is beneficial because dry air has a lower heat capacity and takes less energy to heat. The energy savings of lowering the temperature one degree is about 4%.
