A multifamily developer / operator from Roanoke, Virginia contacted Innovative Dehumidifier Systems regarding excessive moisture build-up during heating season in a recently constructed mixed use project. After construction, a small percentage of the units began to experience heavy condensation around large aluminum frame windows located in the living area, resulting in resident complaints and maintenance concerns.
