How easy is it to install?

The IW-25 is designed to be easily installed in existing or new construction properties. The chassis fits within a 16″ OC stud and screws directly into the studs. Considerable effort was given to ensure the dehumidifier fits underneath the air return grill in new construction situations. A properly trained electrician would need to perform the necessary hardwiring (unless it is being plugged in to a wall outlet), but an on site maintenance personnel should be able to handle the remainder of the installation.
